During the order process, HandStands asks customers to supply various personal data when placing an order, such as name, address, telephone number, credit-card information, and an email address. Any information that we gather is used strictly for processing and shipping orders, or for communicating with the customer about the status of their order. We treat this information as private and confidential, and we do not sell or give this information to anyone else. We have no tolerance for spammers and are committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers' personal data.
HandStands prides itself on customer satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please contact us at 1-800-228-8987 to receive an RMA number and information on how to return the product(s). Returns must be made within 30 days and need to include all parts and packaging. Please be aware that you may incur a 15% restocking fee if the package has been opened, or if the return is made after 30 days. Shipping and handling is not refunded, and will be deducted from the final credit. Allow 7-10 business days for your credit to appear on your credit card statement after the product has been received into our warehouse.
