HandStands Shipping Policies

This page is dedicated to providing our customers with information on our shipping policies, and can be particularly useful when trying to estimate when orders will arrive on your doorstep.

HandStands currently uses Fedex, UPS, and USPS for all domestic shipping needs, and Fedex or USPS for international orders. Processing times vary, but most orders are shipped within 24-48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends. International orders ship usually within the same timeframe. Preorders and backorders do not ship until product is available (see the specific product page for specific availability dates).

When Can I Expect My Order?
Our warehouse is located in Bluffdale, Utah 84065, and ground shipments to most locations within the continental United States are within 5 business days. The longest an order should take, assuming there are no delays due to weather or other circumstances, should be 7 business days (including order processing time). If this is unacceptable, please select a faster shipping method. We offer 2-Day Air and Overnight service to most areas.



How do I qualify for free shipping?
Simply order $75 or more of merchandise to qualify, and the promotion will automatically be applied to your order. Note that this offer is only valid on orders placed using standard delivery to anywhere in the continental United States. Sorry, orders shipping to Alaksa, Hawaii, APO/FPO, or Puerto Rico currently do not qualify.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or PO boxes?
Yes, due to customer requests, we're proud to be able to now offer shipments to APO, FPO, and PO box addresses through the United States Postal Service.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, international shipping is available by conveniently clicking on the International Checkout button available on any product page.
